I have help. Here's a tutorial for following:
click on follow at the bottom of the page {you may have to scroll down}
if you have a gmail, click on google. if you have a twitter account, click on twitter. if you use yahoo, click on yahoo.
for the gmail: type in your email and password and hit sign in
for the yahoo: type in your yahoo ID and password and hit sign in
for the twitter: sign in with your username or email and your password and hit sign in
click done and you are now a follower!
