Wow. Yup, wow. This weekend was fun. here's the list of order that it went in:
1) nana picks me up and we drive to her house in seattle
2) i hide, nana tells papa i'm sick and couldn't come
3) papa goes back to playing bridge after being dissapointed
4) i sneak downstairs and yell surprise
5) papa nearly has a heart attack and jumps five feet across the floor {also, his heart went out, flew away, and luckily he got it back after a few minutes :)}
6) we get ready for the seattle christmas symphony and the cirque de soleil at the Benaroya Hall in seattle
7) we leave, arrive, and have dinner {i had turkey}
8) we watch the symphony in awe and then rush home to escape the crowds
9) we arrive home {at 10:30 PM} and finish up the recorded apple cup. {yay, huskies!!}
10) {11:30 PM} I can't find my pj's, so i sleep in my leggings and sweatshirt
11) {next morning} i wake up at 9:00 AM sharp, walk upstairs, and eat 3 bowls of fruit loops
12) i get dressed, we head out to starbucks. nana gets a iced tea {i think that she has one every day :)}
13) we go to the picasso art exhibit in the seattle art museam and see {most of} picasso's paintings while listening to the commentary on them on these little ipod like things
14) we head down to the SAM {seattle art museam} restaraunt and I order a $5.00 pizza off the kid's menu
15) wow. that pizza is really good. about the size of a small pizza from domino's, but a lot thinner. i only have 2 slices
16) we go to chinatown for about 10 minutes to get me some japanese mechanical pencils {they are really cool and decorative} for sixteen bucks! {geez, thats expensive for one pencil and one pen!!!!}
17) we drive to my house and open our traditional ornaments that we get every year with my sissies {we got skiiers}
doesn't that sound fun? it was. you should try it! call 1-800-awesomegrandparents now!
p.s that phone number isn't real...don't actually try to call it :)
